Record Store Day 2026 Local Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. Sponsors and Administrator This giveaway is sponsored by Audioengine, LLC, 325 E. Lamar St., Sherman, TX 75090, and Crosley Radio (“Sponsors”). The promotion is administered solely by Audioengine, LLC (“Administrator”). This promotion is conducted in collaboration with participating independent record stores, including Pitchfork, DBS Sound, Electric Fetus, Waterloo Records, Graywhale, Darkside Records, Zia Records, Soundgarden, Plan 9 Music, and Monster Music (“Participating Stores”). Participating Stores are not sponsors, administrators, or responsible parties. 2. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsors, Participating Stores, and their immediate family members are not eligible. 3. Promotion Period Each Participating Store giveaway begins on April 17, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time and ends on April 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM local time, unless otherwise specified by the store. 4. How to Enter To enter, participants must: Scan the official QR code displayed in-store at a Participating Store Complete the entry form by submitting: Full name Valid email address A response describing what they purchased or picked up on Record Store Day 2026 Optional (not required for entry): Favorite artist Opt-in to receive the Audioengine email newsletter Limit one (1) entry per person per Participating Store. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. 5. Prize Each Participating Store will award one (1) prize package consisting of: Audioengine A2+ Home Music System Audioengine S6 Powered Subwoofer Audioengine DS1M Desktop Stands Crosley C6 Turntable $100 Gift Card to the Participating Store Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. 6. Winner Selection and Notification One (1) winner per Participating Store will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be contacted via email by the Administrator within five (5) business days after the promotion ends. If a selected winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, an alternate winner may be selected. 7. Odds of Winning Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received at each Participating Store. 8. Publicity Release By entering, participants grant Sponsors and Administrator permission to use their name, likeness, and submitted responses for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 9. General Conditions Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules. Sponsors and Administrator are not responsible for: Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries Technical failures of any kind Unauthorized human intervention Errors in administration or processing of entries 10. Limitation of Liability By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, Administrator, and Participating Stores, along with their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents, from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. 11. Privacy Information collected from entrants is subject to the Administrator’s privacy policy and will be used solely for administering the promotion and, if opted in, for marketing communications. 12. Governing Law This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas. 13. Winner List To request a list of winners, send a written request to Audioengine, LLC at the address above within sixty (60) days of the promotion end date.
