Audioengine x Crosley x Deer park Distributors Record Store Day 2026 Giveaway Official Rules Sponsor and Administrator The Audioengine x Crosley x Deer park Distributors Record Store Day 2026 Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Audioengine, Crosley, and Deer park Distributors (collectively, the “Sponsors”). The Sweepstakes is administered and hosted by Audioengine, LLC, located at 325 E. Lamar St., Sherman, Texas 75090. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law. Agreement to Rules By entering, each participant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, tampers with the entry process, or engages in fraudulent or disruptive behavior. Entry Period The Sweepstakes begins on April 17, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on April 27, 2026 at 11:30 PM Central Time (CT) (the “Entry Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules, Central Time shall be interpreted as the local time in Chicago. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. How to Enter No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants may enter by completing the official giveaway form and completing one or more of the following actions: Subscribing to the Audioengine email newsletter Sharing their personal listening setup Submitting what they purchased during Record Store Day 2026 Identifying the record store they visited Following Audioengine on Instagram and Facebook Following Crosley on Instagram and Facebook Each completed action may count as one entry, as defined within the official entry platform. Limit one entry per action per person unless otherwise specified. Use of automated systems, bots, multiple identities, or fraudulent entry methods is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes or fees associated with prize receipt or use. Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of the Sponsors. The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within five (5) days following the end of the Entry Period. The winner must respond within seven (7) days to confirm eligibility and provide required information. Failure to respond, inability to contact the winner, or failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Publicity Rights By entering, participants grant the Sponsors a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, non exclusive license to use their name, likeness, social media handle, submitted content, and any related materials for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants represent and warrant that any submitted content is original and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors from any claims arising from submitted content. Release and Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Sponsors are not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, unauthorized access, human error, system interruptions, or any other issues beyond their control that may affect the Sweepstakes. Disputes This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Grayson County, Texas. Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Privacy Personal information collected from entrants will be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Audioengine’s privacy policy. By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Audioengine. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. Platform Disclaimer This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform. Entrants provide their information to the Sponsors, not to these platforms. General Conditions Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. Sponsors reserve the right to interpret and apply these rules at their sole discretion.
